The multiple choice test / interview will take place on the last day of registration, according to the calendar. The essay is attached to the application file as part of it.

Admission is based on the average of the bachelor’s exam, the average of the years of study and on the average of the multiple choice test:
MAS– the average of the years of study; MLIC – the average of the bachelor’s exam; MTG – the average of the multiple choice test
The multiple choice test (thematic link) will be given on the last day of registration, according to the calendar.
The ranking of the candidates will be made according to the average of the competition, in descending order.
In the case of existence of several candidates with equal averages, the average of the years of undergraduate studies will be taken into account for the admission.
For the candidates admitted to the state funded places, the original documents are submitted to the admission commission at the moment of confirming the place – by signing the study contract and pay the registration fee (30 RON).
Candidates declared admitted who don’t sign the study contract within the deadlines provided in the admission calendar, lose the place won by competition.
Candidates declared admitted to the fee-paying places, pay the registration fee, the guarantee fee (10 % from annual tuition fee) and sign the study contract. The tuition fee can be paid in maximum four installments.

Authentication of study documents

Required documents for the UNIVERSITY file:
a) APPLICATION FORM – LINK ;
b) STUDY DOCUMENT – High School diploma, Bachelor diploma
c) Diploma suplement;
d) Identification paper – copy
e) 3 photos -passport size (will be submitted when signing the learning agreement)
f) Certificate of Romanian language competence minim B2 level – issued by a qualified institution or by taking an examination to verify the linguistic competences within the USAMV CN, before submitting the competition file.
g) Certificate of language competence English/French – Minim B2 level, issued by an authorized institution.
Exception – the candidates coming from countries where the official language of the state is the language in which the courses are being conducted or which show, with school documents, that they have attended the courses in that language.
h) Medical certificate (in an international language) to prove that the person registered for studies does not suffer from spreading diseases or other illnesses that are incompatible with the future profession.
The University reserves the right to further request the opinion of a specialized medical commission (Occupational Medicine) to check candidates with chronic diseases/disabilities.
The admission fee – 100 RON – can be paid onsite or in the account:
